What is pH?

pH ("Potential Hydrogen") is a measure of acidity/alkalinity ranging from 0-14.0. While a pH of 7.0 is considered neutral, our blood has a pH of around 7.4. The standard for domestic water is 6.5 - 8.5. A pH of 7.0, is often considered to taste the best. However, the taste also depends on personal preference and can vary according to the water and  purity or mineral content levels.

what is our PH our PH level and purity is tested every day, a normal reading would be between 6.8 and 7.2 PH

Subject: water query

Hi

I have just brought your 17 litre bottle and intend to continue the refilling process. The water feels great but I would like to know more about your process.
I checked out the website but couldn't figure out what your water source was and why it is 'Living Water', do you do special things to it to the water?
Also is the plastic in the 17 Litre bottle safe as the water sits in it for a long time.

Also I would be interested in your view on flowing vs still/bottled water. To me, flowing water seems like the best source ie. from a spring or clean stream or even a tap if the source is a good one. Bottling water doesn't seem that great for Living water, but I understand it is basically a practical necessity. Given this, does the Living water have a 'shelf life' in regards to how long it keeps its vitality?

Thank you
Emma

Hi Emma,
thank you for your interest in our Living Water, our water source is a good one , its from the waitakere ranges through the mains, our proceedures are a series of non chemical filters, then reverse osmosis in which extra oxygen is included, then the water is run through a natural energy source to revitalise to the closest to natural oscilations that we are capable of using with this method.
a standard level of oxygen is 5 ppm using standard natural flow systems Living water oxygen level is 10.5 ppm, all these results are from nz labs in ruakura reasearch centre / morinsville.
we at Living water believe that most new zealand bottled waters mineral spring or still are good waters and all serve different purposes,
our water and company are focused on purity, and cellular hydration, and detoxifacation,  not on mineral content, as we believe that when you require minerals. eat correctly, and take the minerals you are lacking if required,  exercise, and hydrate well :-) with a proven product,
yes both our bottles are safe from any bpa and leaching, we also have a new sipper bottle made from pla- thats right it is made from plants wow!!!
please look on line,
our shelf life is outstanding, as is our purity, its whats not in our water that gives Living Water such good shelf life, naturally :-)

once again thank you for interest in Pure Living Water and may include your letter on our news section,

helping to keep New Zealand green and our oceans clean
recycle and up cycle when ever and where ever possible.

cheers Johnny
