Free trial container of water can not be delivered to an address that we already deliver to . On the second delivery, your container rental paid, becomes your one off rental cost for the container.
If you do not require a second delivery, your one off container rental will be refunded in full once your container has been returned clean and undamaged, this will be decided by pure living water / backtobalance2009 ltd only. If you have paid a deposit on the bottle prior to 1.5.2009 you are intitled to a 50% refund on the original deposit price of the bottle only. Proof of purchase required.
Condition of your bottle will be determined once it is returned to us. 
Deliveries of the 15 and 17 ltr water containers only apply to the Auckland area.
